Ripple Effect Bodyworks strives to meet the expectations of each client and provide a "leveled-up" experience. Please be mindful of others also seeking healing in the surrounding areas and use quieter voices. We ask that small children enjoy the comfort of their own homes during treatment.

Please arrive 15 minutes early

Allows time to ensure all intake forms are complete
Provides adequate consultation time prior to your bodywork session.

Please fill out emailed intake forms.

Allows you to fully unwind and enjoy your treatment.
As a courtesy to all of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked.
We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Reservations

A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged $55.

No Show Policy:

Not calling or showing up to your appointment results in a charge of 50% of the original price of the service booked.

Late Arrivals:

We will do our very best to try and accommodate your apointment.
We may not be able to honor your full appointment time and may result in a shortened treatment time.

Booking online

We accept credit, debit, HSA/FSA insurance cards.
Arrangements may be offered for cash payment.

There are unique cases where we can work with insurance companies for treatment.
- Car Accidents with a referral from a doctor, chiropractor, etc.
We are happy to provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.

Rate Information

Thank you for trusting us with your care! As of May 1, 2024, we will be updating our pricing structure to better serve your needs. Additionally, please note that we will no longer be accepting tips. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Dress code is dependent on the appointment and bodywork being received. However, our goal is always to have you feeling the most comfortable during your session. The following is some general guidelines and recommendations:

Deep Tissue - Neuromuscular - Swedish

You have the option to fully undress, wear undergarments, or wear shorts.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

You have the option to fully undress or wear undergarments.
There will always be professional draping over sensitive private areas.
If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments, you may be asked to make modifications to allow access for proper technique.

Oncology Massage Therapy

The body reacts differently throughout the treatment of cancer and while taking various medications, please do what will make you the most comfortable.
You have the option to fully undress, wear undergarments, or wear shorts.

TMJ Specialized Neuromuscular

You have the option fully undress, wear undergarments, or undress from the waist up.
If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments, you may be asked to make modifications to allow access to the shoulders for proper technique.
